Through this website, services and training related to events on conscious and sustainable food and lifestyle are marketed. The features and prices of each service are published on their respective pages.
The right of admission to these services is reserved for individuals who, according to Vegamundo’s criteria, do not meet the established requirements.
PRICES AND TAXES
The prices are those marked in each case at the time of the order or purchase, expressed in euros (€), and including the corresponding taxes.
For the issuance of the corresponding invoices, data must be provided to the email: info@vegamundo.es, and they will be sent as soon as possible.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment will be made through the Stripe system, which automatically encrypts confidential data using the most advanced technologies available in the market. Stripe has its own privacy policies, and Vegamundo has no responsibility for them.
Payment must be made before the start of the contracted service or product.
SHIPPING
The receipt is sent to the user as soon as the order is processed, once the payment is confirmed.
The training, event, or service will take place on the scheduled date indicated in each case.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If the user cancels their participation in workshops or events with notice up to seven days in advance, the full amount paid will be refunded.
If participation is canceled within the seven days prior to the start date of the event or workshop, the amount will not be refunded unless due to force majeure.
In the event that Vegamundo suspends the event, workshop, or service, the user will be refunded the full amount paid.
