I was in Peru one year ago, I had been travelling as a backpacker around South America for nine months, and I felt so free and happy!

On 16 September 2017, I wrote in my diary: “My head is full of beautiful places; different cultures, from the past and present; of complicity with people; and my feet are plenty of trails. I see the end of the trip”.

From that day on, I filled my diary up with ideas about a future project. I was thinking about something that could connect my love for cooking with my travell experiences, and I wanted it to fit in my social awareness and ecological sensitivity. So somehow, without notice, Vegamundo began to come into being. During those days of foresight I wrote for my future myself: “READ IN CASE OF DOUBTS: Believe in myself, do everything with the heart, because it makes me happy and because it can be my little help to change this world”.

Today, one year later, Vegamundo is finally born. And I feel so happy and free!

And this time, I don’t want to be alone in this trip beginning today. I invite you to come with me, let's enjoy the flavours of some corner of this world. A world that, with love and consciousness, we will gradually change in a better place.
